Quality Control

All our products undergo a strict quality control process to ensure they are not damaged, defaced, and are of the correct size and design before shipping.

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the sticker size and design before making a payment.

Color Variation

The color of the stickers as seen on the website may slightly vary from device to device. Customers are requested to expect a minor difference in the physical stickers.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged sticker, incorrect size, color, or design, please send an unpacking video and pictures of the product to connect@zatags.com within 72 hours of delivery.

Claim Verification

After receiving your email, our team will require 72 hours to verify your claim.

Refund/Return Process

If your claim is verified, Refund will be processed within 4/5 working days. Refund will be credited in original payment method with in 7/8 working days.

 

Non-Entertainment of Returns

Refunds and returns will not be entertained if the customer wishes to return the product for reasons beyond our control, such as personal preferences or a change of mind after ordering.

This product is eligible for return or exchange within 7 days only in case of a manufacturing defect (print, quality, or stitching issue). Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Size, color, or design-based exchanges are not allowed. To initiate a return, send clear images of the issue via WhatsApp 9136995794. Once verified, a pickup will be arranged. Refunds will be processed 5–7 days after verification and will be credited to the original mode of payment.

Payments made for partial COD are non-refundable, as they are used to cover shipping and handling charges.
