At Zatags, we believe in building long-term, meaningful relationships with creators who resonate with our brand values. Our collaborations are designed to be simple, transparent, and rewarding for both sides.
This policy applies to all influencer partnerships with us — whether barter, paid, or hybrid. Please read carefully before participating in a collaboration.
1. Scope of Collaboration

The Company will provide product(s) directly. Influencers are not permitted to purchase products themselves for collaborations.

Influencers agree to create content as per the Company’s creative direction, including but not limited to:

Instagram Reels/ Youtube video
-
Instagram Stories
-
Other formats mutually agreed upon
- All content must be delivered and/or published within 10 calendar days of receiving the product(s).
2. Collaboration Models & Compensation
Our collaborations may fall into one of the following categories:
A. Barter Collaboration

Products are provided free of charge in exchange for agreed deliverables.

Failure to deliver within 10 days may result in:

Return of unused product(s), or
-
Payment of the product’s market value to the Company.
B. Paid Collaboration

Compensation will be communicated in writing before the collaboration begins.

Payment will be made after content approval and successful posting.
- If timelines or deliverables are not met, the Company may withhold payment, request refunds of any advance, and/or apply penalties as agreed.
3. Content Ownership & Usage Rights

All content created under this collaboration becomes the property of the Company.

The Company may use, edit, reproduce, and share the content across its marketing channels (social media, website, ads, offline campaigns, etc.).

Creators may repost the content with proper credit and tagging of the brand.

We celebrate your creativity and will always ensure your unique style shines through, even when we repurpose your content.
4. Creator Guidelines
To ensure quality and consistency:

Content must be original, authentic, and aligned with our brand values.

Influencers must follow all relevant platform rules and advertising guidelines.
-
Required disclosure tags (#ad, #collab, #sponsored) must be included in all posts.

Drafts should be shared with the Company before publishing for approval.
- Use of fake followers, bots, or paid engagement is strictly prohibited.
5. Confidentiality & Exclusivity

Campaign details, product launches, and internal communications must be kept confidential.
- During an active campaign, influencers are expected not to collaborate with direct competitors in the same product category, unless approved in writing by the Company.
6. Non-Performance & Termination

If an influencer fails to deliver agreed content, the Company reserves the right to:

Withhold or recover payments,
-
Request return of product(s) or product value,
-
Terminate ongoing collaborations.
- Proof of non-performance (e.g., timelines, screenshots, correspondence) may be used to enforce this policy.
7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first be addressed amicably through communication between both parties.

If unresolved, matters will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where the Company is based.
8. Agreement & Acceptance
By applying for, accepting, or participating in a collaboration with [Company Name], you confirm that:

You acknowledge that failure to comply may affect your eligibility for future collaborations.
